My guess is largely (Insert preferred Genus here) guttata, maybe some obsoleta or bairdi thrown in, but mostly guttata. No telling what the genetics(pattern/coloration)may be. Only a guess, for what its worth.
I think that one is all cornsnake, just an unusual captive morph.
I'll bet if you posted this on the corn forum, they could tell you the name of the morph.

Seems like a pretty common cross these days.
It looks like a greatplains rat x bairds they are found in the trans pecos now and agin I found one just west of junction once.
