First 09' hatch but......

He was born around a about 2 weeks premature. I got home from a great Easter and found one head poking out from his egg! I couldn't believe my eye's. Luckily none of the rest have tried to do so also! We are keeping a close eye on him as he seems to be breathing fine but i know there is a slim chance of his survival. All of the rest are due to hatch around April, 24th. We hope this little guy makes it. We still have 6 more eggs from the same clutch and will try and keep everyone posted on how this clutch goes!

You're absolutely doing the right thing-watch and wait. Last year I had a couple poke out about a week early, and they just sat for several days absorbing their yolks, and were fine. But two weeks IS a long time-good luck!
