I am not extremely familiar with the hypo gene, but I do know it can be variably expressed. There can be extreme to little reduction in black pigment, including the belly checkers. Is the belly checkers bright red, or more of a faded bronze color? Are the eyes red like an amel? Hypo corns will show lighter eye color than normals, once again variably expressed, but never have completely red eyes like an amel.
The belly checkers are kinda bronze red color. She is at a friends house right now as he is going through this bag of Central Florida wc Corns. I do know my hypo classic het snow the belly checkers on him is still black the most black on his body.

Sounds hypo, but its hard to tell sometimes with Florida corns. The corns from the Keys area appear to be naturally hypo, with definitely reduced black in their patterns. However, I dont think they are a true hypo. I quess the only way to tell is to pair it with a known hypo and see what you get. I wish someone with more experience dealing with hypo gene would respond to your question.
