Multi-species terrarium

JackAsp Apr 14, 2009 03:02 PM

I know mixing species is frowned on, but I have heard many people insist that community terraria can be done and done well as long as the species chosen are appropriately compatible and all potential dangers are very carefully monitored for.

However, I have also heard people on the other side of the fence point out, quite intelligently, that there are already far more than enough issues to worry about with just a pair or trio of the SAME type, even when all are appropriately sexed.

So basically, what I'd like to get people's opinions on is...

do you think this tank has too many species in it?

Only "EGGSPERIENCED" keepers can mix such species as this, LOL, but I personally feel you have done an "EGGSTRAORDINARY" job, they seem EGGSTREMELY comfortable with one another, I know how EGGSHAUSTING it can be taking care of so many different species.

I find this whole thread quite EGGSILARATING !

COOL PIC !

I'm SURE every one of us was about to jump all over you and ask if you never read previous posts or anything. You got us all! But I think you run the risk of some inter-species breeding here. Can't wait to see the offspring!
