My question is how long after breeding can I expect eggs. This is first year my pair hooked up. Was about to give up on them, they are 6 and 7 yrs old. Thanks.

Always has been between 35&40 days for me. Man I know how that bite feels.... Awesome snake man.

I think average is about 30 days or so.
FR talks about things happening faster when your female has an appropriate nesting site... I use plastic shoe box size containers with peat moss for the most part. After the female does her pre lay shed they could come in a few days or up too 2 weeks.
Don't be discouraged if at first a bad egg appears early on...this does NOT mean she is eggbound, it usually means better eggs are on the way. Good luck with everything!
