So I contacted my local FOX affiliate a week ago and today they contacted me saying they were very interested in the story after doing some research. They wanted to talk to locals in my area about this so with permision I gave them the contacts of some "mom and pop" exotic pet stores around here as well as the breeder that runs our states reptile show. Hopefully something to help get the word out better. And hopefully a positive one as well.

Do you think it would be best if I could convince them to get to the show Sat? I'm going to keep pushing regardless I just hope they think it's a good enough story to persue further.

Yes we could do it there,I also donated a table to the ball python .net people and they will be handing out information.They will also mail a letter for anyone willing to sign it.Thanks Terry

Maybe if one of the big breeders or anyone has a contact that can spread the word to Ellen Degeneres maybe she can help. She does have her own line of pet foods. Just a thought.

No updates. Sent the guy all the contact info he wanted. Called and left messages to make sure he got it. Haven't heard anything. I'm not in the media so I have no idea how long it takes to get a story together or who decides whether it news worthy or not. I mean it's Huntsville, AL. We don't have a whole lot going on here anyway. Frustrated.....calling him again.
