I have some left from treating my leos last season and was wondering if I could use what is left to treat my balls and some new leos.

You need to know the expiration date of the batch it came from. My vet copied it from his large bottle for livestock onto the small bottle for me. If yours was a fresh batch, it's still fine, if it was near expiration to begin with, it may start losing effectiveness. You can safely dose from 25mg/kg to 50mg/kg so I would avoid the minimum dose and use it for this year. Get a fresh supply for next year. I have some herps that spend summers outside and usually have pinworms when I bring them back in for the winter.
