Need some help with ackies

Okay, I'm building a cage for a pair of ackie monitors. The only problem is that i think that it gets to cold in my basement during the winter for them. Could i hibernate them or what could i do to keep the soil on the bottom of the cage warm?

Try elevating the cage.Place it on some dollies or some sinder blocks.
