I know jungles can be moody, and I know green trees can be moody. If you breed the two, do you get one seriously mean snake?
I've never had a jungle that was mean, babies can be snappy but so can all baby snakes, but they're otherwise almsot all mellow. My GTP is handleable too, but it's the only one I've ever owned so I'm not sure how uncommon that really is.
Regardless, if you raise itand handle it, it should tame down. Wait til it's at least a yearling though so as not to stress it.

The mating of the two does not create a naster snake. Actually, my female carpondro is quite tame. So are her children
My GTP is very calm and has never attempted to bite me, despite my amatuer handling the first time or two. A very handleable & curious snake.
