how old is she? could she possibly be trying to brumate? if she has had a full work up done and the vet says she is healthy i would check her weight, and let her sleep, keep an eye on her and check her weight again in a week or so

If you do think she is carrying eggs, females do stop eating a few days before they are ready to lay. You could get a lay box ready and put it into her cage, or if the enclosure can't hold the lay box, put her into the lay box under a bright light and see if she starts digging. If she is near to laying, then she should start digging.

However if she doesn't do anything, I would take her to a vet within a few days if no other signs of improvement occure. Also, make sure she is still pooing, if not, a soak would be good.
