Dew Drop Valves Leaking

Hey everyone, just built my first mouse rack. I used dew drop valves that i hooked up to a 1/2" pvc pipe for the watering system and a few of the valves are dripping. Anyone have any ideas as to how i can fix this? It is very similar to this set up.
