Just got notification that my letters were delivered today!
Some of you saw my post on Saturday that UPS called at the end of the day and my box didn’t go out for the 2nd day air that I had planned as the pick up driver didn’t show. They assured me though, that it would go out Monday night. “Better late than never” doesn’t really apply in this case right?
Well thanks to Walt with “All Pro Shipping / Ship Your Reptiles” I was able to change the shipping method from 2nd day air to overnight to make sure they would arrive by today’s deadline. I have to say a HUGE thanks to him for all his help in getting it resolved quickly enough to make sure the letters shipped in time. He had to deal with issues with my credit card company where there were problems with payment for the second shipment going through. It really turned into a huge hassle but he stayed on top of everything to get them shipped. He also not only refunded my original payment for the shipment that didn’t go but refunded me the difference between 2nd day and overnight shipping as well since the UPS driver didn’t show.
I’m not sure that I would have gotten them out in time or without incurring additional charges without all his help. In a time when I feel customer service is severely lacking in most regards Walt really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend All Pro Shipping and Ship Your Reptiles now just for the peace of mind that if there is an issue someone will be right there to get it resolved quickly.
