We found this nice big bullsnake tonight

Thanks,

Cold and raining in Seattle today, but I'm looking forward to heading a weekend trip East in a couple weeks.
A good looking gopher from last year

Hey Andy,
That is a nice looking one! Good luck this season!

Dan
funny,it almost looks like a big tegu!
Nice looking bull. Love that "tri-color" look in the northern bulls. What state did you find it in? How many do you typically find each year?
Haha- Dan?
He usually gets them by the 1000's each season!

I find them here in Montana. I'm not sure how many I find each year, I do know its not thousands like Todd says,LOL,(good one Todd,LOL). I found a few today, I'll have pics posted of them soon.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! I HOPE those antelope aren't fake, lol! Nice garters and bull, must be cool to be where those really nice red ones, the melanistics and normals are, not to mention more than one species!

lol, thanks Todd
That reminds me, I need to get out to the melanistic garter spots.
Yea its pretty cool having 3 kinds of garters, just wish the plains garters wernt so uncommon arround here, I dont know whats going on there were tons of them arround just a few years ago but It seems the wanderings are taking over on most of the spots.

Dan
