By the way can someone tell me where i can find a couple of 6x2x1, 8x2x1 or bigger (LWH) metal troughs or possibly even the heavy duty plastic ones that can hold dirt. Im looking to find these locally in NY so any help would be greatly appreciated, these will be the bases of the new cages i want to build.

thanks for looking

Where in NY? It is a big state. When I was living in Macedon, I got 4 galvanized metal watering tanks about 8 feet long by 3 feet wide by 2 feet deep at the feed store in Palmyra. I ordered them because they didn't have any in stock, and they delivered them to my property when they arrived.

Those are spectacular looking arguses, by the way. The arguses are my favorite monitors, good luck with them.

Sorry, I've never been there. Still, you could probably order them from any local feed store.
