problem with uromastyx, help

well, every day i find something around his nose, it looks like skin or sand, probably skin cause it comes off like that. well its forming around his nose. i do take it off. any suggestions. please help. thanx

Well it is a salt build up. Just use a cotten swab to wipe it off...

But all is well...
