Congrats, it looks great.
A corner design like that is not an easy build.
Most people don't realize that until they try and end up with extra scrap pieces because they cut a few panels at the wrong angle.
A few years ago my wife and I wanted a corner entertainment center. We shopped and could not find one that we liked. So I paid my brother in-law to build us one out of birdseye maple. We wanted front doors where you have the glass. We also wanted the door to be 4 panels with an arch top. Where you have a shelf, we have two drawers. The bottom doors have tinted glass panels. I consider it our best piece of furniture. Probably the only piece I will take with us when we move.
Hope you kept all your paperwork on that one. It came out looking real nice.

beining a cabinet maker by trade i know what you mean, you really need to have everything planned out and drawn acraulatly before cutting a single piece. that corner unit you had built sounds like a nice peice, i bet it will last far longer than just about any store bought unit too.

i actually did not build this unit but got it off craigslist, i went through and fixed it up where needed, added a bunch of screws for support, i put in the rails in the top section for the glass doors, and ply for the two back sides... the end result is a very sutrdy unit

i was gonna tell you that Babe is headed out to your neck of the woods in a couple weeks for th "Bay to Breakers" 12k run. i told her to stop by your place to check up on bam bam for me! i kinda wish i where going too then we really would stop by, also i guess there is a show out there that weekend that i wouldnt mind catching but ohh well.

anyways the cage did come out awesome, but i dont think im gonna keep it, i'll try to make back some of what i put into it. i dont have the room for it at my house anyways... allthough if i cant get rid of it i might just be forced to "make room" for it lol (dont tell Babe!!)

and one last thing i will be making my way back to the other forum for a post maybe about end of the week, look closely im sure youll be able to make a guess as to what.

i told her she should stop in but she is gonna be with a bunch of her girlfriends... if i was going they we would for sure!

and yes after everything i just couldnt resist. and i fought with myself, but finally decided i really want to take my reptile keeping to the next step, im not looking to start a bussiness and get rich fast with this but i would like to get to a point where between breedings and cages i can have a good self sustaining hobby.

So with that in mind, yes Torpaz.... now Torpaz and Saphira (my little gems) are the start of hopfully sucesfull breeding projects. he is an 06 male nice orange, he came in in really good shape a little dehidrated but that was taken care or right away. he looked a little blue the other day and has been soaking pritty much since i got him. and of corse as soon as he sheds i will talk pics
