I wish she would listen! LOL!

I have two gravid white tank girls, one of which is just huffing and puffing and looks like she is about to explode! Half of the tank is one big damp sand mount, half covered by slate and half open with a lamp over it. But no! She thinks that she must get "over there", that place in the background pic! I'm about to go dump sand in the rest of the viv. Sorry these pics are so blurry. The tank glass needs cleaning.

Here are both gravid girls

Yeah, they can be prety hard headed.
Congrats on the gravid girls. They definitely look good and fertile. So, the dad is the Sonoran?
Those will be interesting hybrids.
Keep us posted.

Good luck.

Lol ok Rose and others dealing with uncooperative preggy collareds, look at them this way, teenagers who don't listen. Sure we have all the common sense in the word and know what to do and not to do, but teenagers well we give them all the advice and help in the world and they still don't/won't/can't listen to us.

I pulled the two girls a few weeks ago when both started looking pretty gravid and he started biting their tails!

So, I am hoping that they were already bred before I moved them into the big tank with Tayo (Fancy NM guy) and his GFs.

When did their blush become intense? Before or after the move?

but really brightened up after I moved them. But they were eating everything that moved and started looking gravid before. In the one that looks closest to ready, I thought I could already see the outline of eggs.

Well, if they mated with Tayo, that will be interesting too, I guess! LOL! I just couldn't keep them in with the Sonoran once he started biting, but I plan to try to set them up with him in a bigger tank with more hides next time.
