Reverse okeetee is an amel with wide white borders that make it look like a "reverse okeetee"
They are simply selective bred amels.
if you bred a reverse okeetee to a normal you would get normals het amel. It's possible that a couple of them could have the okeetee look but it would depend on the normal that you would be breeding to the reverse okeetee and the background of the reverse okeetee.
