I hope this doesn't violate any rules, but I'm not sure where to post...
Some ads have nice big pics and some ads have little pics when you click on them. If the maximum size is 150KB, how do you get a nice sized pic without compromising resolution?

use a direct link from a picture that is being hosted elsewhere. Place that link in your posting. The picture will be as big as it is wherever it is being hosted. I dont want to name the hosting sites just in case it is a violation
