What "line" of Black Pastel? Very cool looking.

Thanks

Gary Liesen line.

Thank you. I am going to breed my pied male to her.

Thats EXACTLY why I was asking! I would contact Gary. He posted a while back about one of his Black Pastels not producing any normals. Only Blacks and these weird ones. Awesome Stuff!

Thanks
Anthony

I've hatched a number of jungle-types in Cinny breedings, similar in color to yours but with more subdued patterns.

Different looking I agree , the only thing that makes me wonder is if this is a morph you would think it would have altered the look of the Black Pastel sibs too, unless it's recessive that is and if it is recessive and that is the homo gene then most wouldn't really call it a morph. Did the Black Pastel sibs look very unusual or not , is my question?

I have seen a similar one for sale from the founder of the black pastel line. Unique as they are his clutch of six shows three black pastels and three unique normals. I wonder if it is a by product of the Line of Black Pastel?

If you are talking about Gary Liesen, this is one of his females. Gary produced her last year. She is 700g empty. He is hoping to prove out (either way) the genetics this year. I am crossing my fingers. I am going to cross her to my pied male in the hopes that it is genetic and I get this new morph in pied form. Thank you for the input.

Good point. I will have to ask Gary Liesen. I think he has pics up of all the sibs from this year. Thank you for the input, I appreciate it.
