Can I house two tiger rat snakes together? Tank size is 5'x2'x2'.

Not only can you do so, but if you're trying to breed them things will work out better that way. Spilotes seem to need to gain familiarity with a mate for quite a while before successful breeding will occur.

I would be hesitant, however, to house two males together...

I house two trios together (in separate cages). They have been together for 2 years now and are just approaching maturity. The only time you'll need to be concerned is when feeding..as I'm sure you know when being fed they go crazy and will not hesitate to latch on to a rodent protruding from a cohabitant's mouth.

My trios are in 4' Visions.
