I saw one of these (b. c. longicauda) at All Animal Expo yesterday. What a gorgeous boa! I wanted to take one home so bad, but alas, I'm unprepared.

Anyone keeping these Peruvian Longtails or have any photos/experiences they would like to share? I was really taken back with it. It was a hatchling, but very docile, no hissing or nipping. Just a beautiful snake.... Had more contrast than the one in this photo- but I find photos in general don't do any snake justice.

I keep a pair of anery style logs...their looks are one of a kind,neat animals.

their out there if you know where to look. and they come in so odd patterns and color. probable the most variable boas out there.

They are awesome snakes. Very addicting. I have two with one coming in the mail very soon.

They are around no doubt,very under rated animals.
