Bumps on burmese

FedExHerper Sep 12, 2003 10:49 PM

I recently recieved a baby burmese python. I have had him for roughly two months with no problems. Last week he looked as though he might have had mites (dry skin and over soaking in water dish). I have been treating him for mites with snake oil (some all natural brand) since then. My question is this: a few days ago I noticed some small bumps on his back. The look as though they are blisters or something. Doese anyone know what could have caused this? Is this even mite related or something else? Any help would be apreciated. Thank you.

Hello.

Will you show us photo of bumps? Then I may be able to advise you.
As the possibility:
1.snake oil caused skin irritation
2.mites cut into the flesh and cause suppuration.
But both are uncertain, so please show us photo of bumps.
Good luck to healing up.
