Has laid what looks to be 3 viable eggs, she's partnered up with Bugsy. Seems she waited for me to put in the proper cave to lay her eggs, she had quite an impressive mound of sand built up around the three eggs. She'd dig, push sand in, take a break at the mouth of the cage then got back to work. So the three eggs are in the hovabater at the right temps, I hope these work out so I'm looking at 60 or so days until they hatch if they are viable?
It's interesting to see the mothering instinct in Bonnie yet Thelma has absolutely none. Thelma's just oh this looks to be a good spot and lays them where she so feels to. Even though like so many of us prepare lay areas in their habitats.
