That's it!!! I can't stand it any more. NC Law concerning the keeping of these animals, even captive bred ones, SUCKS!!!!!!!

I'm guessing the distorted rationale is this protects wild populations? Have to protect those wild animals from over collecting, unless of course a new shopping center is to be built over pristine habitat. Then we'll just pave right over them.
