double clutching?

bowhunter1963 May 10, 2009 05:29 PM

I've heard a lot about double clutching and have a couple questions.Do you feed them heavy after the lay and then put the male in with the female after she shed's?I think both my females laid bad eggs and would like to try and get some more from them.Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I feed the female as much as 5-6 mice after she lays and then throw the male in with her.

I don't see a reason to wait for anything.
