I'm not sure why you would even asl this question. I'm hoping it was not a real question. If you own an iguana then hopefully you have looked up some information about them! Iguanas are herbivores they eat vegetables mainly greens with some other veggies and fruit!! Now as far as can a baby iguana eat a goldfish well possibly. I mean a human can eat glass or rat poison but I don't think many would go swallow some since it is HARMFUL!! (although a child might because they didn't know any better the same as an iguana wouldn't know any better!) It is harmful for iguanas to eat meat it can cause kidneys to break down liver problems and many others!!

So again hope you weren't serious and if you were hope you don't own an iguana!!

Goldfish aren't even that great for animals that are SUPPOSED to eat fish. Of which iguanas are not. Thiaminase, anyone? But if you want them to be eaten I suppose you could eat them yourself.

Maybe that's what you saw. They can eat goldfish and are often kept in vivs with goldfish in a pool of water.
