are woma balls woma python ball python crosses???
It is a base ball python (python regius) morph. It is not a hybrid.
ok didnt think so,the guy at the pet store is trying to sell my friend a woma python to cross with his super pastel, i can see the retic x burms or even the blood x balls but a woma python to a ball i call bs!where did the name come from???
Please dont mistake or mix up the (WOMA) Pythons which you might be doing. There is a Woma Python which looks totally different than a Ball Python(you know, body shaped like a kingsnake or similar shape) and then there is also the Woma Ball Python which looks very similar to the Spider Ball. I dont mean to sound condecending if you already knew that because the Hybrid breeding you mentioned is something that people are also doing like the Blood and Ball Pythons being bred together. Just wanted to make sure you knew there were two different Woma's and they look nothing alike although people may be breeding them together too.

I can understand your confusion.
There is the ball python morph that is called the woma.
There is also the woma python, an entirely different species.
And then there is the cross of the two that the owner dubbed the 'wall'

Hope this helps clear things up

Hey cassity That was great to put those pics up. That will really let him see it if he may have been confused on the Woma thing like I was for the first few months I had Ball Pythons...lol. Great illustration of the Woma Python and the Woma Ball Python.

I just remembered hearing about it. Don't know the guys name but you could probably find him in the hybrid forum, I pulled the pic from one that he posted in the photo section.
The other pics I found here and on NERDs site. Couldn't find a good pic of a woma ball on KS, oh well.
