That is a female and you need to take her to a vet. Period.
When eggs are stuck at the VENT, that can cause a quick death. Eggs stuck high in the body are normally not a problem. And yes, they can do magic things with stuck ovum. But once the ovum enlarges like yours has, it becomes very problematic.
Also, its more about the size of the stuck object. Those are LARGE obstructions. Again if the prevent the use of her kidneys, she is DEAD.
ALso, females do without question attempt to mock a male when there are no males around. If you had a real male, and put it in there, the acting male(actually a female) would simply move off and let the male copulate with the cycling female. I have not only seen this many times, but I have tested it.
ALso, kingsnakes can produce fertile eggs that hatch without a male. This part does follow the Jarrasic park saying. Its been published and I beleive they have not one, but two different types of parthogenetic reproductive abilities. One being dipliod the other being triploid. Its in the dang paper.
