I have a Florida king,who laid eggs on Mother's day. She laid 12 eggs,but she still seems swollen in the last third of her body.
She had a nesting box,but it seem like a small clutch since she has had larger clutches in the past.
My question is can she pass some eggs,and then pass some a few days later?

Short answer yes.

Does she stll look like she has eggs in her? Have you felt along her underbelly with tye tip of your fingers to determine if there are a couple eggs still in there? If she has eggs left, just leave alone and make sure she has a suitable nesting area.

I had two females lay on mothers day. 11 eggs each. But they were small females.
