Can male & female Boas be caged together?

Boas shouldn't be caged together, period. They are not social animals. They do need need "companionship." Housing them together risks stress-induced diseases, injuries, and in this case, unplanned breeding.

If you can't house them separately, reconsider multiple boas.

need to know one question will boas eat each other? i plan on breeding them.

about 10 times all at once when I breed them. They stay like this for months BUT they do NOT eat during this time. YES BOAS WILL EAT EACH OTHER! If you feed boas together or seperate and then put them together you are taking the biggest risk I can think of. If one tries to eat the other they will probably BOTH die. One cage for each boa is the responsible way to keep ones boas.

Hmmm, I feed mine during breeding, The process can take months.....

I seperate monthly, feed and wait a few days before putting them back together. So far have not had any problems.

Of course I agree on the rest, one cage per boa and only together for intended breeding.
