I have never had issues getting Sinaloan hatclings (or Nelsoni hatchlings) to feed on thawed pinks.

I think you'll find Sinaloans and similar-sized milksnakes to be very good feeders in general given the following conditions:
1. Moderate humidity. Prolonged very dry conditions is the enemy.
2. Be generous with the hiding opportunity. My kings/milks as a rule enjoy very low hides, although they will use almost any hide. Here is one crammed between a flat fake rock and a heat pad. Fake plants not necessary. In fact, they tend to get in the way.
