I acquired several albino nelsons which have been under fed their entire life. The snakes are three years old and are half the size they should be. If fed robustly will the snakes continue to grow and will they ever attain a normal adult size?

Not sure if they will attain their original potential, but I do know this from experience: they will be as healthy and capable of reproducing as any other if fed well starting now.
I have a nelsoni that was hardly fed for the first year if not longer in the hands of a completely oblivious keeper. The snake was tiny when I received it. And now as an adult, she is smaller than others in length, but she is awesome and breeds readily. Actually, I like her smaller footprint, easier to house.
And males, who cares. They can breed at tiny sizes anyway. My advice is to not let your snakes' size be a deterrant. Of course, feed them lots from here on out.
