Longi caging

7leaf May 18, 2009 12:52 PM

Would a 48X18X19 be sufficient for an adult male b. c. longicauda OR hog island boa?

I have this already in place and it's about as big as I can get. Ive always wanted to get into Boas, but if this caging is too conservative then Ill have to look into something else.

I don't see why not. Those are about the dimensions of my cages as well.

Good to hear from someone keeping three of each =) If only I had that kind of space.

Nice hog btw

LOL. I have all but two snakes in my bedroom! Which are you leaning more towards, the hog or the longi?

I love em both... but the Longi really captivates me.

It's too bad there's so little information about them online. They seem vastly underrated to me.

Hogs are also great though. Its a tough decision.
