help with my ball python plz

i pick up my ball python today and noticed right at the end of her bell there is a little spot that's is brownish yellow what could this be tnks.

What type of substrate do you use? We use reptibark and sometimes the dust tints our female's underside. Does it seem tender to the snake? Responds negative when you touch it? Can you take a picture of it?
