Local radio station website headline screams "Giant snakes on the loose in Huntsville!" I cant tell what they are due to poor quality of the photos.

That was my first impression but I wanted to verify. The radio is all over it. Big ruckus likely to ensue over a native animal. Great.

Agree, from this perspective, two VERY large rat snakes. The dried leaves under them are the closest thing for scale, they are not giants though, lol.

Hey, I work in north Huntsville. I haven't heard anything about this. The snakes here are black rat snakes and intergrades. I have 3 in my collection. I can do some relocating if you know where the snakes are at. It would be my pleasure to save the snakes from being killed by some idiot. Thanks
Apparently WZYP had the lady on the phone and 1 of them had already been killed. The host "Mojo" was just as highly uneducated as she was.
