DOES A PAC MAN FROG NEED A FLOURESCENT LIGHT. IF NO? DOES IT HURT HIM TO HAVE ONE?

Don't need it, and wont hurt it. It will allow for live plants to grow as well if you want live pothos or something of that sort. Andy
