Sorry, just had to vent...
I HATE when problem/nonfeeders refuse to eat! AGAIN and AGAIN!
Just needed to get that off my chest!

I had a guyana male that would eat then regurge no matter what i tried.I spent over a grand in vet bills just for the thing to die on me.It's natures way of saying there genes dont need passed on.*Ive seen the pinky pump and it looks like it would make it easier to force feed.Good luck with whatever you do...Paul.

Oh the pinkie gun.....Yeah even better.
I would advise not to wait too long before any kind of force feeding.
I keep reading people's posts and they keep repeating..."oh don't worry, they can go a long time without eating"
well how long is a long time? 15 days, 30, 60?
I kept trying all of the ideas, tricks and methods and giving the suggested time between trying each idea and by the time I resorted to force feeding it was just too damn late. They hung around for a little while but their bodies just weren't strong enough to live. This stretched over about two months. I worked my but oof to save those little guys. Some just aren't meant to make it.
So, how long has it been?
Have they strted showing weight loss?
It doesn't take long once a hatchling starts showing weight loss. After all, there isn't much weight to loose.
It might be time to make a decision...force feed or euthenize.
Tough decision.

Thanks for all the suggestions...i did not want to have this be another one of those 'help my snake won't eat' posts..lol.
i appreciate the thought
