should i peal the skin off my uro. Also is it good for you to let him sleep a lot. my uro is 4 inches and sleeps a lot. like for 12 hours. thanx

Absolutely DON'T peel the skin off - you can damage the skin beneath. Uros can take a long time to shed. If he's having a rough time of it, see the response to your lower post by Magnum. It details how to soak him.
If your little guy is eating and pooping and basking, I wouldn't worry about him seeming to sleep a lot. Maybe he's just directing his energy toward growing. My subadult sleeps from 8PM to 8AM or more, but it very active while he's awake.
