First: Anyone knows if does java moss grow out of water, like sphagnum moss??? I thought that is a fully aquatic specie...

Second: how can I distinguish New river tinc from D.azureus?

Java moss an be grown in a vivarium as long as it is always wet.

It can be hard to determine azaures and new rivers/blue sipaliwini darts at first. Mainly azaures is a lighter blue with a blue black. tincs are a more of a white color. after you look at a few pictures and get a feeling of what they look like they are easier to tell apart.
