GREAT news, and a BIG HELLO!

Rosebuds May 24, 2009 10:31 AM

The great news is that the wt female might not need surgery after all. She passed at least the contents of that bad egg, and is very alert. Whats more, there are no entrails visible, so no prolapse! I am hoping she will either reabsorb that egg casing or pass it just fine now that it is empty.

And now, meet our new arrival!

More pics to come . . .

I can see it moving around in the egg! I am prepping a tank for them. They really are so tiny! The good news is that I had crix breed in the maternity ward, so I have a few pinheads and small crix to last until I can get an order in next week!
