I leave mine together in a vented tub in the incubator until their first shed - on damp paper towels and with a water dish. Once they shed (about 7-10 days) I'll set them up in their separate tubs and feed them most will take a rat pup or an adult mouse for their first feeding.

I have a 60 tub Vision hatchling rack, that I really like. Once all the babies have hatched in a certain clutch, I move them into the rack. I keep them seperate, on moist paper towels, with a small water dish. Once they shed, AND their bellies do not look full from yolk, I feed them a rat pup. If I have a picky eater, a mouse fuzzy seems to do the trick.
