The worst looking egg is hatching now, and I have another that is pipped! The first born is already basking. When should we offer food and water?

I gave water via dropper several times a day until I was sure the hatchling was eating; after that I decreased the frequency. As for food, I've had them eat a cricket as soon as the day after hatching.
