I don't know of any defined list but depending on what species of reptile it's pretty easy to figure out what is and is not safe.
Obviously herbivores present the greater risk.

In Phillipe De Vosjoli's book, the Art of Keeping Snakes, he list several plants suitable for use with snakes. Also, if you get on any poison dart frog forum, they are many knowledgeable people who can tell you about plant use in vivaria.
