Just copy over the [IMG][IMG] tag from Photobucket and we'll be able to see it.

What was the question, then? You know he produces fires, has the bloodred belly, right? If he was just amel Het fire, then he'd have a checker belly. So, I'd think he was fire...?

A clear belly doesn't necessarily indicate bloodred. Striped and motleys regardless if normal, amel, etc. will have unpatterned bellies. It may be amel striped het. bloodred.

cherokee_reptile May 28, 2009 05:31 PM

The part I am courious about right down his spine he has the markings like a pied sided bloodred but on the back not the side. I will get some better pics.

yes, I am aware of the stripe and motley belly patterns. As I mentioned, I thought it looked stripe amel. The pictures are hard to tell. A pic of the belly, may also have the sides, which will be diffused in BR. Plus, many bloodreds have some coloring to the belly scales. Its just helpful when trying to figure things out via the net.
As mentioned by the owner, they have produced Fires by this snake. I was curious as to whether the whole clutch was fire or there were some normals in there. That would be the indicator as to if this snake was fire or merely Het.
Like I had said, better pictures would be great
