Motley het SharpX Het Sharp litter born!

Ruben14 May 26, 2009 04:23 PM

These guys were born on Sunday nite. I came home to find 7 normals 66%het Sharp one of which is nice and abberant but had it's sack out and has a little kink at the tip of his tail. I waited a day and removed the sack. He's doing ok but don't know if he'll make it or not. Back to the count, so 7 normals 66% hets,5 Motleys 66% het Sharp and 1 lonley Albino in the litter that just so happened to be a MOTLEY SHARP ALBINO! The pix kinda suck as you can't really see it's pattern to well plus I believe the mom was a few days early so the Motley Albinos color is also kinda faint right now. This girl never gave me a POS so I had to go off what I thought was the ovulation and I had her down for wed-sat of this week. Pretty close? At first I was a little bummed to only see one Albino and all of the normal poss hets but then I realized it was a Albino Motley and was as happy as a clam! All the Motleys seem to have dads tail stripe. The female het is a sister to my Sharp girl that gave me my Blonde X Sharp litter last Sunday. She's smaller then her Albino sister and had just about as many babies as I thought she would. They are big robust healthy babies and I can't ask for anymore then that. She also had 3 slugs and a conjoined twin Motley stillborn that was a kinked up. I should've taken a picture of it but was too excited about the Sharp Motley and didn't get around to it before I cleaned up. At first I thought it was just one badly deformed Motley but when I took a closer look I realized that there was another mini Motley attached to it's neck by his head. Definitely weird lookin! Anyways,Mommas doing great and the babies are pretty active and a couple of the regular Motleys have little attitudes already and took a couple of swipes at me! Hopefully those are females cause I plan to keep a couple of females from this litter. I'll get more and better pix as they shed. I also included an older picture of dad. Thanks for looking and goodluck to everyone else waiting on litters this season!

Too bad there weren't more Albinos in the litter but since the lone Albino is a Motley as well I know you're not too dissapointed!!!

Jeremy Stone had a few last month, so he beat me by a month. Second place isn't bad though! I'll take the Silver! It's doing well, cruising around and flickin it's tounge all aroud. They're pretty good sized babies also.
