Actually, strangely, mice have three different genes that result in a broken pattern. 'Pied', 'varigated', and 'broken'. That's a cutie though! She's about 50% white? Got any high whites? Brindles make fat little mice.

I was JK, about the Pied! Who knew there was actually "pied" mice. It makes sense now that I think about it! Thank you for the information. I've got other Gucci mice. My next posting will be on the mouse forum I promise!

got any more from the litter?
looks kinda like what I call my "cheater calicos"....
I can get bi-color brindles, but only ever had (I think ) 2 calicos...well? actually one)...(oh, and I could not get it to breed)...
