First, switch to rats, much more nutritious. Second, feed her every five days. Thirdly, if those two don't work, try steroids.
1) feed with rats (more nutritious)
2) give her around 1/4 of her weight at each meal (but don't give over 1/3 or she'll regurgite)
3) deworm her (read what I've post two days ago "ABOUT EFFICIENT DEWORMING"
4) if her enclosure doesn't hold a heat mat install one
despite someone has said, don't feed her every five days!!! it's too much! Feed, and then wait for defece to feed again...
Ehhum..... why do you want her to grow faster? Looks to me she has a good size for a 3 months old BP.

Did i scru up again?
I don't think so. Some babies are just bigger or smaller. My little female was already very big when I got her.
Was it CB or FB? How much do you feed? And how much does he/she weigh?

hes CB and he gets a fuzzy mouse every week and 30 seconds ago he wighd 91grams
He's really to light! I think you'd better give him bigger prey. Switch to fuzzy/hopper rats or adult mice.
When my baby was 3 months old she was 24 inch and 200 grams.

ooops now i feel guilty il move onto hoppers tomorro.(i hope they dont hate me now)
my boy must be fat, but he doenst look it, hes a hefty 600 grams.
When my BP's were hatchlings, they were eating rat pups from day one. I would definitely switch over to rats, and feed every 5 days IMO. It's worked for me.
