Big Girl Guyana Redtail..

.. I got this import Guyana redtail last year. She was not as large as advertised (only about 10 feet, not 14 feet) and she would not eat (at least for me).. But she's doing well now, gaining weight, shedding and (apparently) still growing..

.. I say 'apparently' because despite all our progress she is not at all a tame or handle-able snake and gettting her from that cage would re-start a war.. and we've had a good armistice for several months now.

....leaving an item of worn clothing overnight on a regualr basis with her to see if she gets used to human scent without the stress of interaction. It may have been a stressful capture for her.(handsome snake)
