Nice Randy. I could look at pictures of subocs all day. Have you seen copulation? Mine usually start right about now (between now and about the third week in June). Can't seem to get them interested in doing it any sooner! Lee Abbott has worked with his to where he is getting them to bred earlier and he's had hatchling at the Dayton show in August for the past couple years. Mine won't hatch until November.

I haven't seen any breeding with any of my trans-pecos yet but rarely do. I tend to not see it unless they are locked up when I open to feed or clean. I'll throw them together breifly a little early each year just in case they are in the mood early but generally start leaving them together about now, like you mentioned you do because it seems to be their preferred time.
